Injun Kustoms provides:

  • Custom airbrush artwork and design services

  • One-of-a-kind and made-to-order items

  • Select ready-made products available for purchase

All custom work is created based on individual client requests and is unique.

2. Custom Orders

Custom projects require clear communication and approval.

  • Clients must provide accurate details, references, and expectations

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins

  • Once a design is approved and work has started, changes may be limited

Due to the nature of custom artwork, all custom orders are final and non-refundable

3. Turnaround Time

Completion times vary depending on the complexity of each project.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Project scope

  • Material availability

  • Order volume

Clients will be notified of any significant delays.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Custom project pricing is based on:

  • Design complexity

  • Materials

  • Time required

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • Full payment or deposit may be required upfront

  • Orders will not begin until payment is received

  • Remaining balances must be paid before delivery or shipping

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (if applicable)

  • Injun Kustoms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All custom orders are non-refundable

  • Ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange within a reasonable timeframe, if unused and in original condition

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Injun Kustoms remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to photograph and display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes

  • Clients may not reproduce or resell artwork without permission

9. Appointments & Studio Access

Injun Kustoms operates from a private studio.

  • Visits are by appointment only

  • The address is not open to the public without prior arrangement

10. Limitation of Liability

Injun Kustoms is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Delays outside of our control

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
